Why are you writing me slandering letters? I have not contacted you since February. You are harassing me and you are very DISHONEST.VYOU NEED HELP. THIS IS WHAT I WROTE YOU IN FEBRUARY- The last time I came to the clinic I told the nurse I did not want opioids, and I just wanted the pain to Stop. After a week on the patches, and the amitriptyline my condition just worsened. I am taking Tylenol as often as I can, but it feels like I am not taking anything. These patches are not strong enough. How can I walk on the treadmill? I have pain every time I walk. So even with this information Ashleigh Ames refuses to see me until the next preset appointment. And the fact that I will have an epidural steroid injection in March worries me. Those injections are said to be temporary. So Im in and endless downward spiral to, who knows where? The prognosis at this place is not good for me. YOU ARE LIARS IF I ASKED YOU TO GIVE ME A NON OPIOD, HOW CAN YOU ACCUSE ME OF WANTING OPIODS. AND I AM SURE I TOLD YOUR NURSE ABOUT MY TRIGEMINAL NEURALGIA. JUST LEAVE ME ALONE AND STOP HARASSING ME.

These people are continuing to send me harassing letters for no reason. I have not been in contact with these people since February of 2024, yet they are continuing to write me letters FOR NO REASON. WHY ARE YOU WRITING ME LETTERS IN APRIL OF 2024???? WHAT SO YOU WANT??? I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT YOUR PRACTICE IS CREDIBLE. WHAT DO YOU WANT? I GOT ANOTHER LETTER FROM YOU TODAY. THIS IS CLEARLY A CASE OF A PHYSICIAN HARASSING A PATIENT BECAUSE THE PATIENT COMPLAINED ABOUT SUBSTANDARD TREATMENT. Stop harassing me or I will be forced to take legal action against you. STOP CONTACTING ME. THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO TO HELP ME. YOUR SUBSTANDARD TREATMENT HAS MADE THAT CLEAR

PLEASE LEARN ABOUT RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS! MINE IS MODERATE TO SEVERE. THE PAIN IS IN THE B O N E S - IT IS SPREAD OUT ALL OVER THE BODY, HIP BONES CONNECTED TO MY THIGH BONES, IN MY PELVIS AREA, IN MY SHOULDERS, AND ALSO IN MY BACK. YOU CANNOT GIVE ME A LOW LEVEL PATCH AND WORTHLESS AMITRIPTYLINE AND LEAVE ME HURTING FOR A FULL MONTH AND REFUSE TO SEE ME AND REFUSE TO DISCUSS IT FOR A WHOLE MONTH. I AM A HUMAN BEING AND YOU KNOW THIS DISEASE HAS BEEN VERIFIED FOR YEARS. YOU CAN GO BACK INTO MY HOSPITAL RECORDS. I WAS DIAGNOSED BY A DOCTOR AT VANDERBILT IN 2009 WITH TRIGEMINAL NEURALGIA WITH PAIN IN MY LEFT JAW! I DID NOT EVEN GET TO TELL YOU ABOUT THAT, BECAUSE YOU DON'T HAVE ENOUGH COMPASSION TO TREAT THE RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS! YOU HAVE NOT HELPED ME. YOU HAVE HURT ME. I TOLD YOUR NURSE I DIDN'T NECESSARILY WANT MORE OXYCODONE BUT IF YOU DIDN'T HAVE A VIABLE ALTERNATIVE YOU SHOULD BE INTELLIGENT ENOUGH TO SAY SO. SOMEONE SHOULD HELP ASHLEIGH AMES TO MAKE BETTER DECISIONS.

Amitriptyline is supposed to be subscribed for DEPRESSION and NERVE PAIN. it is not the right medicine for me. I have RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS and as I explained many times, I have PAIN IN MY BONES. Why is that so hard for a PAIN clinic to accept??????

I woke up several times with pain in both shoulders, pain on the right side of my neck, itching from the buprenophine patch, the patch I put on Friday is coming off because I scratched from the itching, and Ashleigh Ames says I cannot see her until the end of the month, and no medication changes until then. She thinks nerve medicine will treat moderate to severe rheumatoid Arthritis, but it does not. As a matter of fact she prescribed a very very low dose of amitriptyline, and it does not help at all and the pain patch does not seem to help, but it is making me itch, and it will not stay in place. This treatment from Ashleigh Ames is not helping but she refuses to make any changes or to see me until February 28th. Do you think that she even cares. I don't.

Did you know these patches make the skin.under the patch itch? And how to I keep the patch on for 7 days without it coming off. This patch is a big inconvenience. I don't know why you prescribed something so troublesome. What do I do about taking a shower.b I don't think you thought this through.

Why would you prescribe 10 mg amitriptyline at bedtime to someone who has been taking tramadol and oxycodone for YEARS???? EVEN THE GOOGLE INFO SAYS THE FOLLOWING: Dosing Adults—At first, 75 milligrams (mg) per day given in divided doses, or 50 to 100 mg at bedtime. Your doctor may adjust your dose as needed. ... Teenagers and Older adults—10 milligrams (mg) three times a day, and 20 mg at bedtime. .. YOU ARE THOUGHTLESS!

These pain patches do not work. Especially after four days or so the pain medicine is not working at all. Even on the second day the buprenophine patch is on and my knee and hands are still hurting. I have rheumatoid Arthritis and it is classified moderate to severe! These patches do not work even while taking Tylenol 650 every 8 hours and celecoxib. Why would you subscribe something that does not work????? And why would you ignore me when I tell you it does work???

I am still experiencing extreme discomfort in the joint between my thigh and hip and it runs all the way down to my toes like my foot is going to sleep, yet ASHLEIGH AMES refuses to see me again until the one month follow up appt. These people don't care about me. I'm sure they probably don't care about anyone else.

This buprenophine patch does not stop the pain in my body, shoulders, back, and arms even with the Tylenol 650 that I am taking every 8 hours and the amitriptyline!
