Meet Dr. Le


Son D. Le, MD, is the founder and Chief Executive Office at the Center for Spine, Joint, and Neuromuscular Rehabilitation in Mount Juliet and Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Dr. Le takes a comprehensive approach to care, using multiple modalities to help his patients get pain relief without surgery.

After earning his Bachelor of Science from the University of California Irvine in Irvine, California, Dr. Le went on to complete his Doctor of Medicine at The Chicago Medical School in Chicago, Illinois. 

He then completed his physical medicine and rehabilitation residency, serving as chief resident, at the University of Chicago, Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital, also in Chicago. 

Dr. Le takes a comprehensive approach to patient care and has expertise in advanced and minimally invasive procedures, diagnostic and therapeutic injections, responsible pain management, emotional pain management counseling, and functional rehabilitation through physical therapy. 

Dr. Le is board certified by the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AAPMR), the American Board of Addiction Medicine (ABMM), and the American Board of Pain Medicine (ABPM). 

Dedicated to his profession, Dr. Le is a member of numerous local and international organizations, including the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine (AANEM), the American Academy of Pain Management (AAPM), and the Spine Intervention Society (SIS), previously known as the International Spine Intervention Society. 

Dr. Le established the Center for Spine, Joint, and Neuromuscular Rehabilitation in 2002 to provide nonsurgical pain management options to those living in and around the Nashville area.
