Chelsea Sparkman, PA-C

Chelsea Sparkman is a Physician Assistant at Center for Spine, Joint and Neuromuscular Rehabilitation. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Lee University in Cleveland, TN. She completed her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN.

Chelsea is Tennessee licensed and board-certified with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She has received awards as an outstanding provider for her hard work and quality care.

​Chelsea resides in Middle Tennessee with her family. She enjoys working with patients and offers compassionate care to her patients while providing an individualized solution that works best to allow patients to live a more pain-free and active lifestyle.
